The AIDS Intervention Program has the mandate of improving the community’s health status and quality of life through advocacy, encouraging community members to seek voluntary counseling and HIV testing at Voluntary Counseling and Testing centres (VCTs), forming PLWHAs support groups through referrals and direct community care (Home Based Care)
